After hitting a poorly patched road in Nashville, my windshield cracked and needed to be replaced. I called and made an appointment and they came out to my home to do the replacement a few days later. Larry, the tech was friendly, didn't mind that I came out and checked out the process a couple times. Within an hour, the windshield was installed, everything was clean and he had a credit card scanner to finish up quickly. Plus, the glass has a lifetime warranty as long as I own the car which is a great feature.

After my window shattered from the March 3 tornado, I reached out to three auto glass repair shops and found that Jack Morris offered the best deal. I booked my appointment and Lloyd came out the next morning and fixed my window in about 20 minutes.

I could not recommend this place more! Their team was incredibly quick, professional,and friendly. I needed a part and they were able to have it delivered that day and installed it the next morning. I could not have asked for this to go smoother than it did. Wonderful customer service. The ease of scheduling my service, giving my information including insurance could not have been quicker and easier. I had to reschedule not only the date and time but the location. The gentleman that I spoke with was so accommodating. He was very professional and did take care with my car. I would use them again and I do highly recommend them to you.

Incredible customer service experience. If I could give them triple five stars I would. Went from having a really bad morning realizing car had been broken into (smashed window) to being delighted to learn the not only would my window be fixed same day, they would come to me to fix/replace at no additional charge. Delightful customer service. If you need glass replaced, you MUST use these folks.

I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team. They replaced a windshield in May (on time, polite, and great work) and I had a leak I my car during the crazy rain last week and I took it to the dealership who checked the sunroof drain lines (who knew those were there??) and said they were clear and said I should have my windshield checked. So I did. Timely, polite, professional Matt started with the sunroof.... guess what? Drain lines clogged. He got the driver side cleared, but couldn't clear the passenger side so I took it into their downtown location and they fixed the problem! They also

This place is fantastic! My husband broke our back windshield over the weekend (long story) and by the end of the day Monday this company had the piece ordered and installed perfectly at our home. I can't comment definitively on the price because I didn't call around (ain't no one got time to deal with that!) but it seemed reasonable and not at all out of range for the size of the glass, the installation, the mobile service and the time it took to get it done correctly. Just really first rate service, which I personally can't get enough of!

Excellent!

Glenn P arrived at my home last week to replace the windshield on our Explorer. Within a few minutes he brought to my attention that the previous installer had improperly affixed my current windshield. In addition, there were broken parts and an abundance of glue in improper areas. Glenn conveyed the issues to his home office and also spoke with a rep at my insurance company. The replacement parts were ordered and Glenn returned within a few days. He did an excellent job! Glenn was very professional and frankly a joy to have working on our vehicle. Excellent service start to finish!! I have been to their shop on Saturday and have had Glenn on the mobile store come to my house!! My insurance company referred me to them for a broken windshield and they were great. From Sherese (I may not be spelling that right!) who handled my claim and and ordered my glass to Steve who came to my office and installed the glass, everyone was professional, friendly, and set expectations that they exceeded. I highly recommend this company!

I had a small rock chip in my windshield, which turned into a crack over a foot long on a drive back from Canada.

I was able to call Jack Morris and get scheduled for a windshield replacement at my apartment while I was home between road trips. It was convenient to schedule.

The price for my windshield was a little high but it is because of the rain sensing windshield wipers. Lucky me!

The gentleman who came out did a great job! He was on time. He was fast changing it out. I have been through several rain storms since and have had no issues!

I appreciate their service, fees and flexibility

I found myself in a bind while visiting downtown Nashville on a scorchingly hot day: my electric window was stuck in the down position. A quick Yelp search led me to these folks...just a five minute drive from where I had parked. They said I could come over and they would work me in.

Two technicians took my door apart & identified the problem. They did not have the needed part but made suggestions of places that might. I asked if they would restore the window to the up position, reassemble the door and let me pay for the labor, as I preferred to have it repaired at my dealership in Louisville

Wow! Not only did these guys mess up my driver's side door today, but they also left a screwdriver on the windshield under my wiper, so as I was just driving down the highway and flicked my wipers on, it broke my windshield again and my left wiper!! I will be going back tomorrow expecting a full refund and a new windshield. Do not go here. If they treat me right tomorrow, I will update my review. If they don't make it right, I'll post the photos I took yesterday and today... I also have some kind of wrench on the floor of my car that they left in here. Amateur hour? Must be! Waste

My new go to for any auto glass needs. After two cancelled appointments by Safelite I went with the recommendation made by the Honda service Dept where I take my Civic (They don't repair glass). I called Jack Morris right after Safelite cancelled on me the second time. Jack Morris had someone out the next day. The young man who did the work was so pleasant and informative. He did a wonderful job and at a better price then what I was going to be charged by Safelite. I'm very pleased and am happy to give Jack Morris Auto Glass this positive review.

Best company I've ever dealt with.

I'm a stickler for customer service; bigtime.
And boy do the ladies who handle it deliver.
Im visiting Nashville for work. On the way up from FL I got a small chip in my windshield. The Nashville Audi dealer said, easy patch...just a few pea-size drops that will never bother you. I gave it a try, and they did bother me. And a few tiny veins of cracking were visible outside of the fix area. Possible trouble down the road. Fix not done by Jack Morris, btw.

My home dealer said, hey...FL resident? Insurance has

I needed glass repair for windshield. The best time for me to have this completed was early in morning but that meant I'd have my 18 month old granddaughter with me. As I'm getting out of the car and attempting to clasp the back buckle of the carrier. ( yes I was having trouble). Out came a male employee asking to help. He bucked it and helped carry in diaper bag. While they worked on my car every employee that came thru door spoke to me and gave attention to my granddaughter.
The glass repair was better than I expected. There is approximately the width of the lead out of a number 2

These guys stand behind their work. I had a windshield replaced four years ago, and have had leaks off and on since then (possibly because it rained the day it was installed). Every time I brought it in they've done maintenance with no questions asked. And today they are replacing the whole windshield for free.

Regardless of the bad luck I have had- and even if this leak turns out not to be the windshield - these guys take care of their customers, even years later.

My wife's car had a cracked windshield that needed replacing. Our insurance agent referred us to Jack Morris. Because of his referral, the auto glass company gave us a discount of about $60. They did a great job replacing the windshield, and we haven't had any problems since then.

The reason I'm giving 3 stars is that the customer service was a bit lacking. When I first walked in, having made my appointment by phone, no one greeted me though both people at the counter looked up at me when I entered. I didn't know which person to go tom so I just chose one and she was really
