Situated on a hillside on the campus of Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital, The Woodlands, Harvest Hill and the Elizabeth Hughes Care Unit are three very distinct housing options. Our communities offer four levels of care: independent, assisted, supported, and memory care. Nestled in the natural beauty of rural New Hampshire, Lebanon and the Upper Valley are known for their many unique academic, cultural and artistic opportunities.
Our leadership teams at the Hospital and Lifecare, in partnership with the Multi-Specialty Clinic, work collaboratively to develop a geriatric continuum of care. Together, they allows residents and patients of APD to have all their medical care on our campus. My parents are doing so much better than they were before making the move, and I can only thank the staff at Harvest Hill.

Services
As a locally owned, 501(c)3 non-profit, Lifecare is a mission-driven organization. Our vision calls us to deliver an extraordinary experience for elders through friendship and community. We create a warm, welcoming, and safe elder community which nurtures mind, body and spirit. Our community of residents, families, staff, and providers is anchored in kindness, respect, dignity, and joy.
In each you'll find a view inside of our beautiful facilities, as well as residence plans, floor plans, a fee schedule and a reservation form. Harvest Hill and The Woodlands are interested in your future and both communities offer a flexible lifestyle, care, and security without the burden of home maintenance.
Harvest Hill is an independent, assisted and supported living retirement community located on the beautiful campus of the Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital. It is a unique place where those 62 years and older enjoy a thriving environment in peaceful surroundings; where there are nearly endless opportunities to socialize, yet privacy is valued; where independence is encouraged, yet assistance is always available.
At Harvest Hill our Activities Coordinator schedules events that stimulate the mind, and classes that exercise the body. There are many opportunities for socialization and camaraderie with the other residents. We have a wide array of choices at Harvest Hill, and residents' input is always welcome for additions to the activity calendar.
The Wellness Center at Harvest Hill is staffed with RN's, LPN's, Licensed Nurse's Aides and Resident Aides. We are here 24 hours/day to assist residents with medication administration, nursing overview and monitoring of medical conditions, wound-care, Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfer assist, and ambulation), cueing and orientation, hospice care, and as a liaison between residents and their physicians.
