Being faced with a legal issue that affects your family can be very intimidating. Your financial future, your life and your children may be at stake and you are being forced to learn information you don't want to. Facing this overwhelming life transition, it is important to have a counselor who is sensitively aware of how you are being affected and who is prepared to advise you based upon years of experience and knowledge.
It is sad then there is a little one who is unsuspecting that their life is about to be changed forever. Parents should be aware that their child's future life can be affected by how they handle themselves throughout their transition from their former family unit. Parents need to sensitive to their child's behavior as divorce may take its toll on their children as well.
Parenting Allocation, formerly known as custody and visitation, defines the time and responsibilities that each parent will have during the divorce process and moving forward. In Illinois, the court is mandated to decide all matters related to minor children in accordance with the best interest of the child.
Children are expensive from diapers to driver's licenses. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services estimated that $ 4,020 is the basic cost of raising each child per year regardless of the number of children. Adjusting for inflation rate, it estimated that the total cost of raising a child from birth in 2013 until age 18 was $ 94,100.

Sheryl is a gifted and compassionate attorney. Her knowledge of the law, high ethical standards, ability to navigate complex issues and bring about a desired result is exceptional. Her abilities and insights are exceeded only by her compassion and patience. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of guidance, legal counsel and a thoughtful advocate . . . . . who will to to the mat for a win.

Beware of this so called attorney at law Sheryl Rae Ghezzi!!! In the beginning she will talk big and you will believe that is no doubt she will win your divorce case. The reality is that Sheryl Ghezzi has plenty of knowledge about family law but she will not use it because she is too busy concentrating on your wallet. She will even pay you a visit at your house to get to "know you better", but in fact her true reason is to see with her own eyes how much money she can take from you. Sheryl Rae Ghezzi cares ONLY about your money not your divorce or child custody problems. I regret the fact that I
