The CDC recently issued guidelines regarding face masks to include ".a recommendation for fully vaccinated people to wear a mask in public indoor settings in areas of substantial or high transmission." Given the travel radius of clients and staff, Caldwell Law has made the decision to require face masks when in our office for all visitors and staff.

In-person signing meetings will be conducted outside, or if weather is inclement, inside with the required face mask and 6ft social distancing. All other meetings will be conducted via phone or Zoom until things improve.

Our lives are rarely static. Things change as life progresses. Our circumstances and attitudes evolve. Laws and tax codes get revised. Our goal at Caldwell Law is to help you develop a plan and keep it current. Planning and administrating an estate is an interactive process. You have questions, concerns, and ideas.
Tim Caldwell was recently invited to speak about the Caldwell Law approach to estate planning and elder law on the Kearsarge Chronicle. Your answers will define the kind of planning you need. We can help you deal with your concerns about: estate planning, long-term care, elder law, multi-generational planning, asset protection, obtaining legal guardianship, family trusts, caring for people important to you, minimizing taxes, special needs, wills and trusts, trust settlement, and avoiding probate.
Most people believe financial estate planning focuses on what happens upon death. This overlooks the most important part of an estate plan: What do you want to accomplish in the time you have left? The purpose of an estate plan is to manage, use, and protect assets over time. Caldwell Law's comprehensive estate planning process covers a wide variety of issues that we guide you through.

A solid law firm that assisted my family with long term financial & family planning.

Was there every step of the way and explained the process fully and in layman's terms.

The attorneys there are competent, friendly, concerned, and communicate very well.
The process was also done in a timely manner, which was appreciated.

I would definably recommend Caldwell Law.
