HotRockJunk was great. They were up front about the pricing. Showed up early for my pick up. I had solid wood bedroom furniture located on the 3rd floor of a townhouse. They were careful with my walls, even with the furniture being oversized and heavy. I didn't have to breakdown the bed, they did that too. I highly recommend them for all your junk removal. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Duncan and crew 😊

Duncan came in up to the third floor with no elevator and removed a 7 foot long couch with metal framing. Stated he would be here at 10:00AM and got here at 9:55AM after confirming with us through text that it was okay to arrive earlier. a very efficient, affordable, and professional service that we will make sure to use again in the future should we need it.

After calling around for estimates, this company was a breath of fresh air. The owner answered the phone, gave a very competitive fixed price for my items, and scheduled a pickup for the next day. The owner did the pick up and was punctual and it could not have been any easier. Items were loaded up and gone in under 10min! Very pleased!

We had a house move-out that we needed to have turned around quickly. We called HotRockJunk on a Friday afternoon, and they arranged to be at the house the very next morning at 8am, and they completed the move-out in under an hour. There was a substantial amount to be moved, so we were thrilled at how quickly and efficiently they worked. 100% would recommend!

Renovated my basement and threw all the trash and debris in the backyard. HotRockJunk came out to provide quote and took care of it the same day. Very easy to work with and communications was smooth throughout. Duncan was the gentlemen that came out and he was very friendly and pleasant. He got the job done in 2 hours and left the backyard spotless. Very satisfied with their services. Their rates are very reasonable and on the lower end compared to others I found in the area. Would definitely use them again on all future projects.

Duncan, the owner of the HotRockJunk team who cleared my junk, arrived on-site at the exact time I was provided when I scheduled the pickup the night before, no 3 hour window to work around, just punctual appointments. My junk was removed extremely quickly, entire visit took less than 15 minutes from when the team arrived. The cost of removal was $80 cheaper than 1-800-got-junk. Would absolutely use the service again.
