M & W Tire

Blew a tire and needed to replace it. Figured id replace all 4 while i was at it. Mark at MW Tire looked and decided i only needed to replace the front 2 tires and not all 4. I mean what tire salesman does that?? He saved me over 350$ Thats honesty and thats what this world needs more of. He said getting an alignment was recommended so we did that. Thank goodness because it snowed like crazy the next day and everything was just fine. All i know is there is a lot of shady people in this world today and i found a place i can trust to give me an honest opinion. Thanx Mark

Excellent Service! Lead technician called to inform of the found issue prior to replacement. Also, advised of other maintenance concerns and asked if I'd like them addressed. Front desk staff were very polite and friendly. Overall great experience and will return for future vehicle concerns.

Called early morning got prices on tires. Wasn’t sure what we were going to do until later that day, but when called tires were already sold, but when I called and told them the prices they told me earlier they did all they could to find tires for very close to same price as earlier in the day and did! They were very professional timely and very good customer service. Would recommend for family and friends and will be a customer for future purchases.

My dad would always take care of my car for me, and he passed away at the end of October. I was extremely nervous going by myself, and was afraid of getting ripped off. What I was afraid of, and what my experience was were two different things! Mark was absolutely amazing, gave me different pricing to choose from and I felt extremely welcomed and informed here. I work an hour away and needed tires immediately and they got me right in, and out the door in about an hour. Highly recommend and will definitely keep coming back for future needs!

We were traveling from Ohio to Michigan for vacation when we experienced a flat tire. After putting the spare on, we came across M&W tire via Google and saw many positive reviews.When we arrived the M&W the team quickly assessed that our existing tires were in poor shape and suggested new ones. They quickly installed the tires and we were on our way in a little over an hour. Additionally, the cost was beyond reasonable. I wish M&W was locates in my town - I would happy choose them as my tire place. Don was awesome and communicated every step of the process.

My car was tough to handle on the slightest change in road conditions. M&W looked at my tires and assessed that new ones were needed. They took my information and ordered the tires. A couple of days later, the tires arrived. I dropped off my car and they had the new ones on, car aligned, and it was ready to go! I am ready to go with a safer car for winter driving! M&W was professional and great to work with!

I had a hitch rack installed. Super product that was ordered and received overnight. Installation was quick. Service tech took time to show me the process. He had to tear the back of the car apart but it looked better then new when reassembled. Front staff know what they were doing. Quick estimate. Everybody was friendly and efficient.

Summary of update: I appreciate a car service/repair shop which will tell you "This car isn't worth repairing any more." rather than doing the repair and taking your money.

My husband usually handles everything car-related in our household, but he was not available today so it was on me. What a pleasant experience!!! From the friendly staff to the prompt service to the clean and cozy waiting areas. Plus, a total shocker was their massage chair! Yes, a free massage chair!!! It definitely provided some much needed pampering while I waited. No doubt that I'll be taking my car in for oil changes and service from now on! Thank you, M&W!!!

I got my snow tires put on my car and while they had them change my oil. I assumed they would balance the tires and put the proper air pressure in each tire. I was wrong . Instead of 35 psi two of the tires were 48psi, one was 32psi and the other one was 28psi. I was glad my car reads the tire pressure and gives me a warning if it's incorrect otherwise I would have thought they did it right. Getting the snow tires put on which did not have to be mounted and the oil change was almost $250. I have no idea if they balanced the tires but if they cant get basic tire pressure correct I will go else

The guys at M&W tire know how to take care of business. Whether it's my work vehicle or my personal vehicle, they always welcome me and make sure to accommodate my needs. Most recently I ordered tires online and had them shipped to them for install. The guys were great and had my Jeep done in no time. Everything looked good and all the tires were perfectly balanced. They offer competitive pricing as well.

My car was towed there due to overheating. They over doubled the price on the parts, ok understand taking advantage of stranded motorist and time of the essence. But get a mile down the road and same issue. Now they are not sure what is wrong, but they were definitely sure when they were telling me and quoting me and taking my money. Definitely steer clear unless you already know what is wrong and having them change a part or just getting tires. Not recommended.

Our tire shredded on 94 on our way from Chicago to the Ann Arbor area. We called several more well-known tire stores in Benton Harbor (as you can only drive so far on a spare) and nobody could fit us in. Wish we would have called M&W first! They were closing in 20, we got to them in 10 and they fit us in and had us on our way in no time! They were friendly, as if we were valued customers of many years, and their facilities were clean and comfortable! And they even gave our daughter a soccer ball! M&W saved us yesterday and made our tire inconvenience a pleasant pit stop and a fun family

If you want whatever you're getting done in a timely manner. DONT COME HERE. I was told my car would have 2 tires changed in less than 1 hour and they took an hour and a half! Very disappointed in the service. They weren't even apologetic.

My 03 Yukon broke down on a drive from Detroit to Chicago and was towed here for repair work. The staff, especially Don, went above and beyond to find the right part and keep me in the loop about the repair process. The pricing was legit and the quality of the work and customer service was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys helped me out as I was driving in from Chicago to take my elderly mother out for lunch and had a nail in my tire. They took my car quickly, even though they were clearly busy. They even had a loaner that had just become available and I was able to take my mother to lunch in it while they fixed my car! And the price couldn't have been better. Thank you, Jim, for a great customer service experience that is probably unheard of in Chicago! When I need another set of tires, it'll be worth the trip to go here.

I came in due to hitting debris on the road which left me stranded near Benton Harbor. While the guys initially seemed nice and helpful, they totally lied to me about how long it would take. I got there around 10am to replace two tires and they didn't have them in stock. They told me by 1:30pm, they should have the tires and would get them on immediately. Of course, this is a long time, but I understand that they can't help how long it takes for the delivery guy. I don't fault M & W for this part at all.

The crew at MW took great care of me and my 99 Suburban. Oil change, front brakes, all four tires, and a trailer brake controller. The pricing was all very competitive and they got my vehicle in for our appointment very quickly.
We relaxed in the waiting room with TV/Wifi and free popcorn.
You can't go wrong with this crew. Very respectful and honored the $20 off four tires discount.

Was very pleased how friendly and polite their customer service was! For those that do have to wait a lengthy time for their vehicle to be serviced, they do have a very comfortable and clean waiting area with free Wi Fi and cable T.V.

I'm all in favor of supporting local business, on top of that,giving someone more than one chance. Unfortunately, after purchasing new tires, coming in for a 'free' rotation, and then for a warranty repair on a flat, all three trips have been more than frustrating. It seems as if they have no problem giving you a time to come in, but I've had to sit for more than an hour all three trips before my vehicle even makes it into the shop to get looked at. Customer service is lip service. There are plenty of tires shops in Benton Harbor and surrounding, I'm headed elsewhere next

I was told to go here because they are supposedly good and they warranty their work. My opinion of them was not good and I think women in general should avoid places like this. They are over priced because of their warranty on their work and and always find something else wrong with your car that you need to drop another grand on. Yah, and I'll pass on a place that has people who don't know how to properly put back on wheel covers.
