I would definitely recommend this company.. I had various companies look at my trane variable speed equipment and no one knew how to trouble shoot it and find what was wrong with it... I contacted Trane and they provided me with their information and guess what? It didn’t have to be replaced like other companies had told me, It was fixed by McAllen Refrigeration!! I pay for QUALITY & PROFESSIONAL work and for the price its well worth it!

After doing business with this company for over 25 years for commercial service to shopping centers, I will NEVER work with them again. The office manager Becky and "2nd generation" owner Tim are incredibly rude and provide an unprofessional customer experience.
In addition, the issue they were sent out to resolve was not only never fixed, but they invoiced me for work that I didn't even request. For a company who boasts about customer service on their Facebook profile, I'd say they have a lot to learn.

Great service and professional staff. Had whole unit replaced 2 years ago. Install was above and beyond and the employees were very professional and tidy. No problems with the unit since and did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. Had a routine service recently with no work needed. Exact same experience I had during install.
