No star would be better. Horribly rude and covid paranoid. When Asked if fully vaccinated I replied no. I then Was asked to move 12 feet to the opposite side of room and sit in special covid chair until the nurse could ask me if I had a fever one hour later!!! To top it off they then tell me my insurance is no good I would need to pay 100 for self pay? Even pulled insurance info up on my app but didn’t matter. Have hade same insurance for years. The bed in the room was nasty dirty as is everything else there . Beware!!

I have been going to Dr. Laura Burijon for years now. I love her and Shannon! I just got a couple of new nurses so I'm getting to know them. Dr. Burijon is not only a great Dr. but she is very good with people and she truly cares about her patients. I'd go no where else but to her. I have never waiting in the waiting room longer than 5 minutes if I have an appointment. Walk-in hours are exactly that....you walk in and you wait until she gets time in-between appointments and then be seen. Still I've never waiting long at all. The whole office is kind and always attentive to anything that I may have

I’ve use Mechanicsville Medical Center for many years and I found everyone to be very friendly and professional. It would be great if someone would look into get an app for easy access to there website.

They will not see patience who have not been vaccinated. Will refuse you care. What a shame I have been going to this practice for 30 years.

I am a patient of Dr. Gladfelter, today June 9th Richard, the nurse, told me to come in between 2-4 to be seen for a adverse reaction to meds they gave me last week. It has been over 2 hours and I have yet to be seen. I arrived at 3 and it is now 5:17. I will be cancelling any future appointments I have for this practice. I want to add to this post. It has been a day since my previous post. I really like Dr. Gladfelter, she takes time to listen to everyone. Yes, I had to wait a long time, but, I will continue here because the care is top notch.

Waist of time made an appointment over a week ago only to get there check in, fill out necessary paperwork and wait 10 minutes to be called to the desk and be told they no longer accept my insurance. Which is something that they should of known when I made the appointment since they asked for my insurance information. Unprofessional!

I have been going to Mechanicsville Medical Center for 25 years and I can't think of one thing negative to say about the staff and Drs.Dr. Shupack is a great Dr who is very thorough with my health and his nurse's are great.
