Not only have I delt with test anxiety over the past several years, (which has gotten progressively worse), but anxiety in general, my entire adult life. I am happy to report, I no longer have test anxiety and the day-to-day stuff generally rolls right off as well. Although the anxiety was the reason I came, I have been able to apply these tools to every part of my life! Coming here was a fantastic decision. Staff is professional, polite and so helpful.

I've struggled with confidence issues and anxiety for years. Everything I've tried failed to fix my ongoing issues. Medication didn't help at all. I can say that after going here, I have not only stronger self-confidence but I'm also calmer and more focused. I feel like a different person. I highly recommend Mid Michigan Hypnosis.
