Phil was very helpful from start to finish. I ordered unit last year and Phil told me exactly when arrival would be. I was headed on a Saturday to pick unit and text Phil and he answered on his own time which means a lot to me and he answered my questions. To my surprise they close at 1 pm on Saturday which lead me to pick up on Monday and it was smooth and brief. Phil showed me details before loading my 4 wheeler.

Put my name on the list for a new dirt bike with a $200 deposit that was to go towards the purchase price. When I picked up the bike I paid the entire msrp and did not receive credit for the deposit. When I contacted the dealership they related that the $200 was taken off the price. This was not reflected on the receipt and the price was the full msrp.

They don't stand behind the mowers they sell! Bought a Scag for 14,000 and after 731 hours engine blew a head. Contacted them and was told the weren't a Kohler dealer and couldn't help me! Why sell it you don't stand behind it??? I won't buy anything from them again and warn everyone of their deceptive selling practice.

About a year ago, I had purchased a 10 year old VTX1300. This weekend with the nice weather I went for an extended ride and sure enough, after shutting it off for about 2 minutes at one stop I thought I had blown a fuse and couldn't get it started. If you know motorcycle electronic systems, you know it can be a major pain to figure out what is wrong.
Anyway...took the bike to Rod's on a busy Saturday afternoon. Of course the mechanics were all gone, but the sales staff assisted me by loaning me some tools and in testing the battery. Luckily, it was the original battery in the bike
