Man, where do I begin? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you have any property or assets. They will tell you this is not a collateral Bond but then they will put a lien on everything you own when you miss your payments. I bonded someone out for $150K. They told me it was OK if I brought what I had and it would cost $15K to get him out. I put down $4K and had to make 5 payments of $2200 a month. He missed several payments after losing his job from going to jail. Then lose another job from Coronavirus. A year past and he was only able to make small payments. They added another $7K and put a lien on both

Spoke to Irma a few weeks ago. She was so helpful in answering my questions. I called back today and spoke to David (I think), most arrogant person ever. I believe in things like this, unless you work in the industry, people call with many questions. He said because I didn't know the inmates family tree information they wouldn't be able to give him a bond. I informed him the inmate does not have contact with them but if anything he would be the only one that would be able to get it off his phone which isn't accessible while you are incarcerated.

Do not use this company. I bonded my brother out of jail on a 5000.00 bond in 2016. I had no idea that these people had put a lien against my property. There is no way knowingly I would have put my property up against a bond. My brother met the requirement of his bond. So they had no reason to put a lien against my property. I know that I did not sign papers knowingly putting my property up I am so frustrated. I would not have known this until I tried to refinance my property. I called them and they assured me that they would take care of it. But my complaint is that they had no legal right to

The staff knows what they are doing, but they are extremely lazy. I needed to do something called a "walk through" bond and they were to lazy to go to court with me, something other good bonding companies do. So I took my business elsewhere. Unfortunately I had already used them for a first case. The case has taken over a year, and I'm still fighting it. Well this company doesn't mention that if your court case takes over a year, they charge you half of what your original bond was. Example: If you have a 10k Bond and you pay 1k to Bond out, a year later they will charge you

Went in a few days ago and experienced some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.. ANYWHERE! The person who helped me was Irma. She thoroughly explained to me what needed to happen to obtain a bond. She was patient, kind, and super understanding with my situation. Use another bail bonds company - there are lots of others who provide better service and accurate information. Was told that bond had been posted, dropped everything and went there in the middle of the day, did all their paperwork, only to discover that I was misinformed and that they were looking at the previous active case. Then was told to sign a blank set of paperwork for when it WILL be posted (yeah, not doing that cause who does that).
They're also not truly 24 hours cause a lady who answered the phone around 9PM told me they close at 1AM - I went to sleep and called first thing this

This company so far has done me good so far don't understand the bad comments that other's post but seem to me to be verry respectful and willing to work with people just give them the respect that you want and if something comes up just talk to them they will work with you if you don't wait to after the fact that you messed up and don't b.s. the folks on your payment you made a deal if you keep you part of the agreement they will be there for you just don't f up and you won't be here crying about who's sorry or how they messed you around if not them so look in

My friend missed his court date and gave them a call. They told him to come in to post bail. He did and they had the cops in the back waiting for him. Cops arrested him in the spot. They did the same thing to 2 other people while we were there. Don't risk it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! There are so many others to chose from. If you are wrong you WILL GO TO JAIL!

OMG! It took 3 days to get my brother out of jail with this place. They do work with you with money however the only thing that was holding us up was PHONE NUMBERS to ppl jobs. Really? The workers dont want to work. They sat on top of our paper work and didnt do anything! The workers do not care about you or getting your love one's out. The manager Zina she makes it seem like she care but really she pushed us aside as well. I was up there 3 days had all the family tree, phone numbers, we got the co-signers all that on day 1, Day 2 i called at 8am oh we reviewing
