Relieved to find a professional! Anna and Jim showed up with the appropriate dolly and trailer to move a hottub!! Plus Jim disconnected the electrical per code/safely. Others who said they could move a hottub never showed up. Anna answered my call on a Saturday night and showed up the next day due to my situation. Prompt, courteous and professional.

Over the summer friends of ours donated their hot tub to us. For months I had been calling local companies in the northern suburbs but could not get any of them to commit to removing our old one and installing the "new" one. I finally called this company. I wish I would have called them months ago. They are based in Naperville but came to Antioch for our job! I called them on Wednesday, and on Friday the job was finished! Their price was much more reasonable that the other companies I spoke with and the price didn't change, despite our old hot tub disintegrating and requiring some creativity to

After closing on our house we wanted to remove the hot tub that the previous owners left. We coordinated a time with Anna, the guys showed up and made easy work of removing the 700lb hot tub from our deck. Highly recommend if you have any hot tub moving needs!

I had an old hot tub removed from my deck recently. The staff at Two Guys and a Spa Dolly were responsive and professional from my initial inquiry for a quote, to prompt scheduling and on time arrival the day of removal. The removal and clean up took less than an hour for a difficult task, with no damage to my home or deck. Reasonably priced and efficient, I highly recommend them.

My fiancé found this company in a pinch. After our hot tub was delivered, this was something we thought we could undertake ourselves but after careful consideration and rational thinking, we decided it was not. Jim was so helpful over the phone and came immediately the next day and moved our new hot tub through the snow in the cold. You definitely can't go wrong with these guys!

Hired Jim to move my spa and he strung me along for over 4 months while providing every excuse under the sun including, my trailer broke down, my truck broke down, we had a family emergency, had to install a new hitch. Each week it was a different excuse.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

I got three quotes for a new tub I ordered and Two Guys and a Spa Dolly was not only the cheapest but also the first to call me back. My conversations with Anna on scheduling were an absolute treat - she was so friendly and professional that I knew I was in good hands.
Caleb and Wayne were the "two guys" and they showed up early which I appreciated and were just a delight. From start to finish, they helped unwrap the tub and made sure I was 100% satisfied with where it was sitting before they left. I must say, these two had me laughing the whole time - what
