Very fortunate to have Mark and his team in our region. Was so excited to find a Golden Ear dealer in the area and left the showroom with a massive smile on my face that still hasn't gone away. I can't say enough about the wonderful indoor/outdoor home audio/video system that Northern Audio has installed in my home! These guys are EXPERTS in audio and video equipment. You rarely find stores like this anymore . Their prices are excellent and products cutting edge and they have the knowledge to recommend the right product that will be a correct " fit" for your goals and budget. I have referred several neighbors to N Audio and they are all very happy .
ALSO they stand behind their products I just got off the phone with the owner Mark I had a issue with a speaker amp he immediately told me that he would take care of the issue under warranty. He took the call while driving home . All I can say is 5 STARS these

Bought headphones online, described as "like new, open box warranty dealer" I pay them 714.00 what I get is a 7ish year old, worn out ear pads, paint chips, and cannot warranty through Sennheiser. Contact and am given excuse The Price, and told if I am not happy I can spend my time and money to return them. Watch out here. While I was unhappy with the transaction things were eventually made right monetarily after some back and forth
