We ordered through 2 separate distributors to get an Advance Tabco product. The first order took 6 weeks and came damaged with bad packaging, including a piece of wood broken off of the pallet, damaging the product inside. We were able to return it and re-order from a new company. The new company got it shipped from the manufacturer in 2 days. But it came damaged again in the same kind of packaging . After being reached out to again by the distributor we purchased the Tabco item through, we were told that “The manufacturer is stating that these are light scratches and every ice bin has them.
