Today July 23, 2020, I drove from Hollins College area to Alpine to leave a machine to be serviced. On the door there was a sign Open For Business so I went in with the machine. I was told they were "backed up" and were only accepting machines that had been purchased in their store. Definitely has lost my business in the future and I will not recommend them.
