Recently, I went to go get an oil change for my car so I decided to visit Santa Ana. During my visit, I met the manager of the shop, Yahya, and he showed great hospitality. Him and his team were able to give the oil change and was also able to fix the body parts of my car that needed to be replaced. Will recommend others to visit!

They are very religious folk, and practice what they preach. Very honest, dependable service. God must be on their side,, as they performed a minor miracle on my car. Let me just say this: I would not take my car anywhere else for repairs. Thanks to Maher and staff. A bonus is they have two real hot ladies working the front desk whose level of professionalism rivals their beauty.

Mayor was my mechanic when i was at Santa Ana, he was an absolutely awesome to say the least. i went in for jsut brakes but there was a whole bunch more wrong with my car. He politely called me and informed me of the issue and actually told me that my brakes were just fine. Having to drop off my car for a bit of a time was a bit of a drag but that was there SOP and i can respect that. i was able to get a repair duriong that time however that was affordable as well as informative. the took really good care of my car and me and will be an easy choice to go back for any of my car repair needs. Brought my truck in yesterday with a leaking water pump, they had all the parts in stock and got to work immediately and had it ready by the end of the day. Came and picked it up today and it’s running great. Labor and parts prices were extremely fair and they were transparent in their communications about what needed to happen to get the repair done. I’m always wary of shady mechanics, but these guys are honest and fair. Will definitely be back next time I need another repair job.

I have used this shop for different reasons and I’m always satisfied. First, I used their body shop for a damage on my car and when fixed, it looked like it was never on an accident. Then, I used their service for a leak on the oil panel, which in different shops the issue was never resolved. Lastly, I used Santa Ana to change the thermostat and they did great, but the thermostat that I got installed came with a fabrique malfunction and they took care of it with the warranty. I definitely recommend this place and I will definitely return.

Great customer service and very attentive to the needs of your vehicle. I went in because my AC was acting up (then it magically wasn't when I got there) They still did a full inspection and found nothing wrong, but I also needed a nail out of my tire and they handled it quickly and very reasonably priced. I am normally a dealership person and they literally delivered that same type of quality. Will definitely go back!

Every time I’ve ever come to this location, I have always had a great experience! Staff has always gone above and beyond, and they’re always so friendly and able to effectively communicate what exactly the issue is without being condescending like other auto shops.
I love their transparent pricing as well, and my first ever experience, I appreciated that the cost of the towing was included in my repair cost, so that was one less charge I had to worry about at that time.
This has been my preferred spot to go for anything, and I’ll recommend them every time!

I was very impressed! Abdullah fixed both of our cars in one week. He came over to check on the issue since the car couldn’t be moved and was able to fix it in just a couple days. Great service. I went in for an oil change and brake maintenance and they knocked it out of the park. The staff was really warm and professional, and the price was more than reasonable. I liked them so much, I ended up having them do my body work at the attached body shop and they gave me an incredible deal. They even vacuumed and cleaned the interior. I can't tell you how good it felt to get this all done and for such a good price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Exceptional service. I hit a tire on my drive to Houston and my front splash guard was hanging down. Mike took a look at it and fixed it within 10 minutes and at the end of it all said I don't owe him anything. I'm blown away. This is something I needed fixed before heavy rainfall hits and he couldn't have been faster and nicer about it. Super professional and outstanding. I'm definitely coming back here for all my car needs and I recommend Santa Ana wholeheartedly.

I wish I would have known about Santa Ana Auto Care sooner. Their service is always outstanding. I've brought my car here twice and the first time I came, I had such an excellent experience. We were in town visiting from Austin when our car started smoking up like Cheech and Chong. Worried that our vacation was going to be worried we searched for highly rated mechanics in town. Santa Ana just so happened to be one of the best rated nearby and I'm so thrilled that it was.

I initially found this shop after researching online and reading the positive reviews. I've been here a couple of times since and the service has been outstanding. Hasan and the rest of the staff are very professional, informative and nice. Hasan kept me apprised of the status of my car while it was there. He clearly explained the problem and the repairs were done at a reasonable price. It should be noted that I brought my car in after another shop damaged my vehicle and they were not able to fix the problem. However, Santa Ana was able to diagnose the problem and repair it.

Was recommended by my neighborhood Facebook group. Went in for an oil change and headlight bulb replacement. Hassan was awesome and informative. The process was faster than I expected as well! Completely happy and will definitely return for any future needs.

I have been coming here for a little more than a year. I have to say, Mr. Hassan if the best auto shop manager/ mechanic I have ever worked with. He explains what is happening, shoots your straight on what is really necessary, works with you every chance he can, and the pricing is very fair.
Unfortunately, I like many of us have experienced the exact opposite many times before at other auto repair locations.
