We just bought our house in August. We wanted a thorough inspection of the well and water quality. We ended up installing a new tank and a radon mitigation system. We felt no pressure to have the work done. We listened to their expert opinion and they helped us decide what work was necessary. They were easy to schedule with and we're on time!

The team at Clear Water Pump and Well are hands down the best. They truly made a stressful situation feel very manageable and for that we are incredibly grateful. From start to finish — the initial phone call to schedule, the owner coming to assess the situation (on Christmas Eve!) when our tank failed, the install only a couple days later — the team prioritized us. We appreciate Clearwater’s outstanding professionalism and prompt service, but most importantly their kindness! Highly recommend and will definitely use their services in the future.

I can not say enough about Paul and his team at Clear Water Pump and Well Service. Sunday afternoon I arrived home to no water at my house in South Walpole. My 24 year old well pump chose the weekend to finally retire from producing. I checked online and found highly rated Clear Water Pump and gave them a call. They responded later the same afternoon with a replacement pump. My water was back a few hours later. They are highly rated for a reason: professional, competent and timely to name just a few. If you need well service in the area you will not be disappointed with their outstanding service

After getting power back following a nor'easter, we still had no water. Clear Water responded immediately first thing Sunday morning, figured out what had happened to the well and fixed the issue within a few hours. John, the weekend technician was terrific and very professional. I am recommending them to all my neighbors who have wells.

After our recent storm, once my electricity was restored, I had no water.
I called Clear Water Pump and they walked me through resetting my well tank, which is something I never had to do before. Paul was quick to return my call and made sure my issues were resolved. And, I received a follow up call the next day.

We had a great experience with Clear Water Pump and Well ! Not having water doesn't seem like a big deal until you go to flush toliet, wash your hands, put in some laundry. From the moment I called they were friendly, efficient and assured they would come out as quickly as possible. The office even called to give updates on the arrival time. They came replaced pump and back in business . Highly recommend

Worst service ever, they came to test the water from the well, took a sample and never came back, never called us to inform us what the test results were, called them to ask and when they called back they had no clue where they left the analysis results. Here's the kicker: THEY KEEP BILLING ME FOR WORK THEY NEVER Delivered. Today I get a call in which the person just has no excuse or explanation as of why they never followed up AND becomes snippy, on top of that they take no responsibility. Good luck if you decide to go with this company for any services.

If you don't want to come service your equipment, don't come install it in the first place. Our home needed equipment to filter out excess minerals in the water. Clear Water GLADLY came to install the equipment, a near $5,000 job. What they failed to mention is, since our home is too far away (25 miles, not unreasonable) from their office in Canton, they refuse to come

I contacted Clear Water about a puddle around our well holding tank, and a guy called me back within 10 minutes. He asked me to text him photos of the problem and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. It turned out to be an easy DIY fix. Saved me money and time! Will definitely call again if we have a problem requiring a pro.
