Our services do not end when the patient receives their instruments, that is only the beginning of their journey with us. We encourage our patients to return for follow-up appointments in the first few weeks of wearing their new instruments, and every few months to have them cleaned and checked to keep them in top working order.

Etor is a graduate from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology. Her vision is to help individuals overcome communication barriers. She developed a passion for assisting individuals from the hard of hearing and deaf communities as she grew up with a friend who was deaf.

I lost my Echo hearing aid on Sunday. I called Ltor on Monday and told her what happened. Echo is not convenient for me, but I had an early appointment beyond it and decided to stop by on Tuesday. Ltor had a cancellation and was able to see me, examining and testing my hearing. An hour later I walked out with 2 new aids which were more comfortable and improved my hearing. I now feel as if my lost hearing aid was lucky. Great experience with expert, professional and friendly care.

I have been involved with Erin from the Upper St. Clair office of Echo Hearing. She is a lovely person who is thorough, goes the extra mile to ensure my hearing aids are working at their best and makes any changes necessary. I was just there today to make changes on my new aids. I highly recommend Erin at Echo Hearing.
