My husband and I have done a great deal of business with J & S and recommended them to family in the past. I recently went to have my tires balanced and was told they could not balance the tires. The written explanation; "chopped tires due to worn steering and suspension components - left front control arm and ball joint would have to be replaced and more recommendations". I went to another local dealership for a second opinion and they found nothing wrong, balanced the tires and it drives great. What is your game? We will not be playing anymore.

On Nov 15th, my husband and I had an appointment in Lansing at 10 AM. My Wheelchair lift in our van had stopped working. After the appointment, we felt that we would have a better chance of getting the lift fix in Lansing. After several hours with no luck we thought it was best to get home. We were in desperate need of help and thought of J & S Tire. We had good service from them before so we thought maybe they could help us. As I drove up to J & S Tire Jack came up to me, as he knew I had a serious problem. Probably by the look on my face since I've been sitting in the van driver
