Made an appointment for a gel fill, even though my nails were fine the nail technician forced me to rip my nails off so she could do a new set. Not one, but two of my nails were incredibly crooked and despite asking her to fix them, she did a horrible job of doing so. They just look sloppy. I had paid an $80 deposit prior to my appointment which was meant to go towards my appointment. I was then charged an additional $30 when I was originally told the $80 deposit would cover the price of my fills. I am extremely disappointed at my first experience at this salon and will not be returning.

I arrived for my appointment today ready to get my usual services. Upon trying to check in I was looked at as if I was crazy for being there and asked “oh she didn’t text you?”. NO, she did not text me (nor is that acceptable or professional) to contact a client that way to tell me my appointment had been canceled the day of the schedules services. There was no accommodation offered. They tried telling me they did not have my phone number but I have written it on the check in paper at all of my appointments, as well as them taking my number every time I make a prebooked appointment on my

Amy is the rudest person on the planet! She wasn’t even doing my pedicure, walked up to the person doing my pedicure, and said “oh you’re doing this “gem” today, with the snottiest tone. I was a regular client, will NEVER walk through that door again! What employer, allows their employees to speak to their clients like that? This place is a ZERO stars.

I've been going here for years. Christina and Sam are both amazing. They do a great job. Depending on the season it can be tough to get an appointment so definitely book ahead. Cdc guidelines are being followed, masks are required.

Over a month ago I realized I don't have to be a blonde to feel beautiful and met Jacob at Pasch.
Jacob thank you for listening to what I was looking for and having the skills to deliver exactly that. Color and a new style.
To add, I was scheduled for a trim this Sunday but after styling my hair yesterday I thought it looked great and didn't need a trim. I called Pasch to possibly cancel and was able to speak with Jacob.
I was going to be in the area and he said to drop in and he would check and see if I needed it.

Miriam is the best nail tech out there. Always does a fantastic job, and such a sweetheart! Definitely worth the cost- my gels have lasted five weeks at times without any falling off, I don't know how she pulls off this sorcery but it's well worth it to go see her. The front desk staff are always really great as well, especially Kristen.
