Had a small leak in my roof and was able to schedule an appointment quickly.
Trace came out to take a look at it. He was professional and friendly. He even helped me understand how to fix the issue pretty easily and that my handyman could get it done in a few hours at most.
Really appreciate Trace's approach and honesty! While my roof has a few more years of life left in it when it comes time to do a replacement or larger repair he will definitely be my first call.

We just had an absolutely fantastic experience with Music City Roofers. Joe and Jumper came by our home today after we discovered a large hole in our attic. They were very polite, courteous and professional. They quickly identified the issue and were able to help resolve the issue at what I am sure was the end of their day. Jumper even showed us images of the damage and their repair. I cannot recommend Music City Roofers enough - they are honest, they were prompt and very professional.

They just drove though in my cove. decided to try and sales pitch my mom and when she said no decided to start making fun of her. if this is what your company stands for. prepare for a world of dislikes that is un called for .. un professional.. and down right cowardly to pick fun of a senior citizen

Patrick walked us through the whole process of selecting and installing a new metal roof on our home and we have been delighted with every step of the process. We LOVE our new roof- it is beautiful and the installers were meticulous with every aspect of the work. After dealing with another roofing company resulting in a less than agreeable outcome, we called Music City Roofers. They came to inspect the area in question, evaluated it and gave me an estimate which we accepted. They came when they promised and did a bang up job from start to finish. All of the people we had contact with during the process were friendly, honest and hard working. That section of roof is now leak-free and looks great. Aces all round to MCR!

I saw your commercial on TV Thursday, called in and spoke to Niki, very nice, and she set me up for an appointment today, Monday 5/11/20 with Trace Finch. Trace showed up on time, was very professional and polite. He went out and inspected my roof and when he came back in he told me there was NO damage / or repairs needed on my roof. We live in the… Donelson area where the tornado hit and 2 really bad storms after that. I am very happy to have found a good and honest roofing company.
