Employee, Arnesha, who originally serviced me was extremely attentive and nice. I was having a lot of trouble walking and she handled all of the paperwork in the rain while I remained in my car. She even brought out the rental scooter and placed it in my trunk for me. Even though I had rented the scooter for a month and only had it for 2 weeks, I received a partial refund. The amount received was fair since I had planned to keep it for a month. I was impressed by all of the service provided.

Recently rented a wheelchair for some family visiting from out of town. AngelCare made the who process easy (including delivery and pickup) and their pricing was very fair. I would also point out how nice several members of their customer service team are, especially a gentleman named Anthony. I was about 5 minutes away when he called to let me know he had arrived to collect the chair. He waited outside patiently in very hot weather. When I showed up to give him the chair he was VERY nice, and told me not to worry about it. A truly professional gentleman. He is definitely the shining star of the

I can't recommend this business enough. I took a bad fall, broke a leg and was released to home late in the evening. The next day, I blindly googled places for wheelchair rentals. Angelcare responded promptly, were very knowledgeable about my needs and delivered just the right equipment that same day. In all my dealing with them, they were professional, their equipment was in excellent condition and they were very understanding of what people go through in traumatic times. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I recently needed a wheelchair to take my mom on an outing to the mall. I googled Angelcare and the owner was very pleasant and helpful...she arranged for someone to meet me at the location. The service was exceptional the rental was affordable. I would DEFINITELY recommend for your healthcare needs!!!

Sent a wheelchair with a bad battery and no instructions. Called and spoke to the woman on the phone who, instead of offering assistance, decided she'd rather be rude to me whenever I tried to respond to her questions. Insisted that the chair was fully powered, when after 5 minutes of use, battery indicator went red and became sluggish. When I told her she didn't have to be rude to me, she told me they were coming to get the chair and refunding my money, and hung up on me. Refused to answer my calls, leaving me in a tight spot, and costing me more money to rent at a reliable company at the last

I needed to rent a wheelchair while my daughter recovered from Surgery and we were not from Chicago nor did we have a car with us. These guys delivered the chair right to us and picked it up from our hotel after we had left. They were easy to deal with, very professional and the chair was almost brand new and much lighter than I expected.

Great price for a mobility scooter rental and excellent customer service! I recently visited Chicago for a convention at McCormick Place. When the on-site support could not provide a scooter, I reached out to Angelcare and they had one deliver to my hotel the next morning. I would not have been able to make full use of the facility without it. They were compassionate and responsive when I needed it.
