Life is stressful especially now & was referred by a friend to help with neck, shoulder & back issues. Had my 1st massage to help relieve stress tension and pain. I haven't relaxed so much in years. Im sure I dozed off a time or two..lol BUT; Wow! So worth it~ Cindy is absolutely wonderful! I go today for my 2nd hour massage..🙂

I went here for a spray tan a few years ago and it was one of the most unproffesional treatments that I have ever gotten anywhere! I was led to a back room that looked more like a storage area than anything else. The room was dark and crowded with boxes and I was asked to take off my clothes and stand on what appeared to be a dirty/ stained carpet sample. I recieved my spray tan and waited there for it to dry enough to put my clothes back on, pay and leave. This was the second time that I have been to this place and I won't go back nor will I recommend it. The tan was ok but could have been

I received a gift certificate from a friend, otherwise I never would have thought to book a massage for myself! I'm so glad she did, though. Vanessa was so skilled, courteous, and kind. She answered questions before I even knew I had them. I also got my nails done by Trisha, they turned out super cute and she was really patient with me looking at all of the colors and having no idea what I even wanted. Thank you! 😊

I emailed them twice and kept checking my email and after 3 days of no response I phoned them and the girl on the phone Trisha was so rude to me. She said "yeah I don't think we check the email very often." She never even apologized. Their website says to contact them that way. They seem very unorganized and unprofessional. I do not recommend this spa. I will go somewhere else where they have it together.

I have tried this spa twice. Both appointments were disappointments, each for a mani/pedi. The nail tech/owner was unfriendly and inattentive. More importantly, the mani/pedis themselves were the least relaxing I've had.
The first time, I asked for Shellac on my hands, and the polish was done hurriedly and sloppily. She was on a personal phone gossip session while she worked on my feet, which was annoying to listen to and the pedicure itself was blah. My whole experience was unpleasant enough that I didn't want to return. And I wouldn't have, had it not been for a gift card I later

If you want the best pedicure in Eugene, go to Cottage Grove! Bochetto - what a great spa! I went in for a pedicure, which was fabulous! Instead of the sinks with jets, they use beautiful copper bowls with river stones in the bottom. They do a (non-salt) scrub AND a mask on your calves. Wonderful staff - very friendly and focused on making your treatment as relaxing as possible. And - they fixed my toes when I ruined the polish at a line dancing class that night. Great value for the dollar - I'll be back, even though it's a bit of a drive for me.
