No, it is not. The Cullman Regional Urgent Care Center will do its best to see when you arrive, but if there are sicker patients ahead of you, they may be seen first. You will be seen by a healthcare professional who will evaluate your condition and decide on the best course of action for you. You may be seen by a nurse practitioner, physician, medical assistant, or some other combination of healthcare professionals.
In an effort to provide our patients with better access to their health information, Cullman Regional has created a Patient Portal which allows you or a patient-authorized user to view or download a portion of your inpatient visit record electronically. This access provides you with information including but not limited to, medical conditions, medications taken, allergies, vital signs, lab results, etc.
At Cullman Regional, our goal is to provide you and your loved ones with the best possible care and service possible. That's why we aim to provide you with as much information before you or a loved one steps in our doors. You may pre-register for outpatient or hospital visits. This pre-registration process should save you approximately 15 minutes on the day of your procedure.

Dont go to these ER if you are worried!
Nurse Donna at the reception does not care about your issues. I saw one older lady walk in bleeding - donna did not even blink.
Dear donna if you are going to work the ER lobby during the holiday bring a little but of heart to the situation. Ive never seen anyone so uncaring and apathetic. Wouldn’t even sit up straight to address people, everyone that addressed her seemed to inconvenience her. God forbid she stopped scrolling through her phone.
The cop in the lobby was more helpful than she was.

Went in with my grandpa for surgery. Dr. Brazwell is outstanding. The staff are called completely apathetic and uncoordinated. One fat nurse told me to wait in a different area for no reason and another sent to his room 30 min before he was out of recovery BEFORE THEY EVEN GOT THE LAST PATIENT OUT. Then some male nurse says that I cannot wait in the hall. Finally a female nurse let my grandpa's urine bag explode in the floor and took an hour to clean it up. DO NOT GO HERE.

We took our 3 year old there because he was screaming in pain about his stomach and we sat in the waiting room for 2 hours while this baby is screaming in pain and they never once cared. We had to go to a different hospital for someone to actually help him. If there is a slightest choice involved I beg you to go somewhere else. These people only want a check. When my father had to be rushed to the hospital due to a life threatening injury even the paramedics told him they were gonna take him to bham because they said cullman regional wouldn’t give him the care he needed. This place is a joke

Ridiculous! The worst hospital I have ever been to.If you are pregnant. Do not come to this hospital . They are rude and very hateful to there patients on the maternity floor. They have no bedside manner. No communication with family members.Staff do not care and are very rude. As the mother to a daughter of a high-risk pregnancy. They have no consideration about anything. Do not let your daughters deliver here.

My visit to the ER on September 18th 2021 went smooth the staff were very kind courteous and professional about their job. They explained everything as to where you can understand what was happening. I was treated like family by all the staff I would recommend this emergency room to anyone who needs it.

I have delivered two babies here and each time, my nurses have been so caring and informative and they always reapect all of my wishes and help me however needed. My Dr (Dr.Wideman) is also the best. He is gentle, respects my birth plan, and is always here day or night when I need him. The housekeeping and room service was also really nice <3

My brother had a seizure and was rushed to the ER via ambulance. It was his first visit to the ER after a terrible experience. He was scared nonetheless. ER doc comes into the room 2 hours later and says he did not have a seizure, it was an "anxiety attack" and sent him home. Epilepsy runs in my family. He had 2 people witness him have a seizure. He had blood coming out of his mouth from where was was biting his tongue while convulsing and the "doctor" says it was an anxiety attack. I don't see how these people are licensed. If you have an emergency, save yourself time
