Whether you want to look Perfectly Pressed for that job interview or simply ensure you have enough fresh, clean clothes to make it through your busy week, we've got the sensible solution for you. While we're proud to offer you the convenience of free pick-up and delivery for these services, we are even more proud to offer them at a price that's often less than your dry cleaner.
Next, place all garments you to clean into the bag of your choice and mark "for Perfectly Pressed". Place the bag at your front door or at another predetermined location at your home by 8:00 am. We pick-up/deliver your dry cleaning by 6:00 pm. Or, if you'd rather, you may also give us a call at 240.644.7711 to request a pick-up.
At the time of your account set up, we'll review payment options and the fixed schedule for pick-ups and deliveries in your neighborhood. After requesting a pick-up, fill out the inventory slip, bag the garments to be cleaned and place our special care bag by your front door by 8:00 am. We'll take care of the rest.

We at Perfectly Pressed want you to be aware of the risks involved when having leather/suede cleaned. The process of cleaning leather is longer and more expensive than normal dry cleaning and may cause damage to your garment. Even when done by a professional. Because of the risk, we do not assume responsibility of your leather/ suede garment.

I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and Rami replied right away when I had any issues or concerns. I had a stain on a pair of pants that I wanted removed and it had been there for a long time.
They were able to remove the stain and make it look like a new again. I only had one issue when I used them but they were quick to resolve and very generous in providing credit on a shirt that they damaged accidently. The damage was not entirely their fault, the shirt had been laundered several times and the material was worn and thin. I did not expect or ask for any compensation

I've been using Perfectly Pressed for about two years now. For convenience, quality, and value it's the best dry cleaning service I've ever had. However it's the outstanding customer service that made me want to write this review. Example: When Dad sent his trousers in for cleaning with his wallet still in the pocket, the President of the company personally drove to Dad's home to return it. A desire to provide the best customer service resonates in everything they do. 5 stars for everything else. 10 stars for the customer service.
