I bought my 1st bike from this dealership and it was an incredible experience from my sales person Jeremy, to the manager Billy and the finance manager. Every person Ive met so far from sales, parts, detailing and merch was on top of their game. The service manager Rick and his staff have always took the time to personally deal with any concern I have had. My experience at this dealership has been top notch and so far they have gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I went in to get a jacket, boots and gloves. At first I was very unimpressed by the armor the jackets had so I went to look at the boots, a older gentleman helped me pick out some boots, his name was either Josh or John, he brought out 3 different boots that I was interested in, and I loved one of them, he made sure they fit me properly, I asked him about the jackets lacking armor, he showed me how they had armor pockets instead of armor stuck in them. He fitted me to a jacket and I loved that too, I walked out with a Jacket a pair of boots and a spine and shoulder pads, I am very happy with there

Facilities are beautiful and the two people I interacted with in the clothing area were awesome, but they are the only reason for a second star. If it were on these things alone it would be 5 stars.
Chris in parts is a pretentious @$$ and was extremely bothered to take my money, honestly he should be working for BMW. He needs a job back in the warehouse if he doesn't want to serve customers and take their money. I have yet to deal with service department but everyone I talk to has made me steer clear and just go to Utica.
If I ever have parts needs I will be going to Utica. They are AWESOME there

Can’t say enough good things about Performance Harley Davidson in Syracuse, NY. I just had them do a custom build on a new 2017 Street Glide, just before Laconia Bike Week. Very complicated build with an extensive list of custom parts. Brian, Chris, Travis & Jason did a great job putting the bike together and getting all the custom parts I wanted – and in time for bike week! I would highly recommend this team for any future bike purchase or build.
