Had a refreshing experience with St. Croix Appliance. I was first a little apprehensive as I was expecting to speak to someone directly when I first called. However, my call was promptly returned, and scheduling was simple, arrival was on time (which wasn't the case with the first appliance repair I scheduled). The issue we had with our dishwasher and washer were taken care of with one visit with a final bill of < $100. That's less than what others are charging as a baseline service appointment. Will definitely use again! Highly recommend.

A 93 year old lady friend of mine had contacted Watson Appliances concerning her refrigerator leaking water on the floor. They sent a tech over to her home who was there less than 10 minutes and had her pay up front $238.45 and stated a tech would come back at a later time to do the work. After 3 times of them not showing up to do the work she called and stated she wanted a refund and to not come to do the work. She was spoken to very rudely over the phone by their representative and was told she would still have to pay $89.95 even though the work was never preformed. Luckily I happened to call
