Barbara and her team is the best! They went above and beyond in everyway possible- keeping me informed the entire time, cleaned the interior, the exterior looks brand new, and scored me a rental car when everyone else had a long wait list. From someone that has been in the insurance industry the past several years, trust me when I say you won't want to take your car anywhere else!

This place is so amazing!!! I’ve used them 3 other times. This time I got into town late to pick up my car. They had fixed my door that someone ran into and did an amazing job. I noticed right away my car was extremely clean on the outside. I opened up and they cleaned my car on the inside as well! I was so excited! It was an extremely nice gesture. I will keep recommending this place! Thanks to your whole team!

I ended up choosing lake collision after I hit a deer in my escape. Of course I went through my insurance and they were in network and closest to me. I didn’t know anyone who had been here before and honestly I was a little nervous. Barb was absolutely amazing! Barb set it up the tow and called me as soon as my vehicle was at the shop. She would call and give me updates which was nice. I was blown away on how my vehicle looked when I picked it up. I couldn’t tell that I hit anything! It seriously looked like the day I drove it off the lot brand spanking new! I hope I don’t need anymore body

I will recommend this business to everyone that needs these services! They are amazing. The customer service is top notch and they are fast. Barbara was amazing to work with. They even detailed my car on the inside. I left my car with them so dirty well because of kids and dogs. I got in it today and it smells and looks like a brand new car on the inside and the outside where the damage was looks brand new. Highly satisfied!!!

Considering my car was designated as a Total Loss, I had the best experience from Lake Collision Repair LLC. Barb was the most kind and caring business person I have ever encountered. She communicated every detail and explained every process. Even though, my car was not able to be repaired, Barb and her staff did everything in their power to take the car and dry it out. This shop is a great family owned and managed business. Their customer service is exceptional. Barb also worked well with my insurance and was always very personable and professional. Lake Collision Repair went above my expectations

Absolutely the best body shop I have ever used! Barbara is nice and respectful and explains everything thing that happens, details every cost and part they used. Not only did they make our car better than new, she got it done for less than expected. It took a little longer due to Chevy strike but was worth the wait!! We will not use anyone but lake collision ever!
