Located at the confluence of the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers, St. Charles County has experienced phenomenal growth in population and housing over the last two decades. With the Missouri River as its northern border, Franklin County has a history rich in river and rural lore. We were a complicated sale; 4 owners on a single property and all sellers out of state. This required equal measure coordination and communication. Stacy was completely effective traversing both. She kept all parties apprised of any movement in the selling process as well as commentary, the good, the bad and sometimes the ugly! She was the consummate professional throughout the process. From the very beginning of our search for a home, Stacy focused on our needs.
