Пš¨ Great Customer Service Alert!!🚨
I had some maintenance done at Berkshire Auto today in Torrington. WoW!! They came to my work and picked up my car, left me a loaner and brought it back when it was finished. Love those guys down there..shout out to Jimmy for taking care of me. I totally recommend them if you are considering to buy a used vehicle. A family owned business. They go above and beyond! This is our 5th vehicle bought from them and I'll recommend them to anyone.

The Best!!!
I've bought two cars from here.
I've always gotten top notch service and the vehicles though used have been carefully selected and gone over by their fine service people. Ron and Jim go the extra effort and beyond to satisfy.
I have seen some of the negative reviews and I guess, some people are just never satisfied. I've been going there several years and they are quality consistent!!!
