I worked with Beth W and she was such a gem! Very responsive, explained what I needed, and also nice and sweet which made things flow easily since it was a stressful situation.
Was made aware of every fee before signing, including Title fees and their paperwork was broken down so it was easy to read and understand, so I didn't fee stupid not knowing what I was looking at.

Today is the day of my closing. I went in yesterday to do all my paperwork. I was told I would hear today when the transaction if final, or any updates. At 2:37pm I called and found my agent was not in the office. I then was told there was a holdup getting the deed. BUT NO ONE was going to let me know. ON THE DAY OF MY CLOSING. When I sent an email to find out, I got out of office replies. ON THE DAY OF MY CLOSING. Stay away if you value customer service.

We have gotten nothing but the run around from this title company. We dropped off a check to them to hold while we go thru the process of buying a house. The house purchase fell thru and upon calling the Vancouver location to retrieve our money they were holding, they stated that the refund check was ready for pick up. We went to the Vancouver location and once there find out that the check wasn’t even there. It was at another location. That location was to over night the check so that we were able to pick it up the following day. 2 days later we go back in to pick the check up and the check
