Did everything on the phone and it was flawless thanks to Eric’s hard work!!! Application process took less than 30 min. Sales and finance team did a great and smooth job.
Thanks to Eric that stayed after hours on Christmas eve and worked hard to made it happen. I did drive all the way to Orlando ( from Sarasota) and my bike was assembled and ready to be picked up. Walked in and out quick.
Definitely I’ll come back for my next bike.

Yesterday we had the best experience I've ever encountered in a dealer. An example how customer service should be. 110%👌🏾
For months I've been talking to Erik and he's keep me in the loop every time a Jet-ski became available. I was very specific and he valued that.
Yesterday I purchased a 2022 Yamaha WaveRunner GP1800®R SVHO from Erik and ran into some issues but Erik and his team wasn't going to give up on me and by the end of the day they had solve the problem. It means a lot wen a sales person and his team goes above and beyond for their customers.

Salesman Eric was an amazing help. I purchased my 2021 kawasaki zx10r on Christmas eve. Everyone was friendly and the dealership clean. I brought a set of tires for my BMW c650gt scooter..the service was good..Dave and Paul the service technician that installed the tire was helpful. I went back twice to have them to look over the tires because they were losing air. Paul tighten something..for now it seem to be holding air....GOOD SERVICE. 😊

Thomas in sales provided me the best service I could expect from the sales person. I called him from Georgia for KTM 390 Duke. He explained me with patience all the details that is required for purchasing , transporting and paperwork for the bike. This is my first ever purchase across state and I had a great experience with CSC and particularly with Thomas. I highly recommend to consider CSC Orlando for your bike needs and request CSC management to do the needful to recognize Thomas's customer service.

Hi All,
it has taken me awhile to write this review for Cycle Sports Center, I must apologize to Cycle Sports Center. However my experience was great. I bought a Yamaha MT03 9/08/21.
I contacted Cycle Sports on September of this year and spoke to Eric, at the time I called him they had no MT03 in stock however and I left my name with Eric and details to contact me if they received one in stock.
He called me about an hour later and told me they had received one , I asked him for a price out the door which he gladly did for me. I asked him to keep the bike for me and drove from Tampa to the store
