Lauren was absolutely phenomenal!!! My hair was so dry, very thin and extremely damaged. She did an amazing job with my balayage color that brought my hair back to life. Had my consultation and all was great. I got scheduled in the next day because I was requesting specific colors. I was not quoted for this at all - to me that did not matter, I was going to get this done by them regardless but just letting people know.

Diana does my hair. She is amazing! What I love the most about this place is that I can text them and they answer right away, extremely helpful! I love that they listen. I contacted Unicorn Hair Queen in June 2020 about extensions for my extremely thin hair. I had a consult with Rocky, she knowledgeable and assured me that with her experience that she could help me. She gave me a quote for her current specials. Later that day, I made the decision to contact her to make the appointment. I saw hair technician last Thursday. She was very pleasant but was not prepared with choice of hair color choices. She took me right away and work was done within 2 hours. I was not happy with the color as it was lighter than my own hair. But that's fine my problem on not stressing my hair color. When I was done it looked nice but not as full as I wanted it. I asked for the hair extension that had a slight wave to it. I wasn't able to see the back because she didn't have a hand mirror on hand. I got home and was not happy with my extensions.
