I couldn’t believe how quickly they trenched and put in a sump pump in our basement. And the surprising thing was there was no mess, no dust or anything. The guys were friendly and helpful. An awesome experience as we were very nervous thinking we were going to have dust everywhere from the drilling. I’d recommend this company.

The workmanship was excellent. The crew was very knowledgeable, and on time.
I think there are ways to control the amount of dust from the concrete work that was performed. Using a curtain of some sort would have trapped some of the debris.
There was also some damage to the train set that I had covered in plastic. It looked like a tornado had gone through the villages, toppling buildings and trains. It took some time to make repairs.
In summary, great work, but not much concern about collateral damage.

It was worth the wait because Eastern was responsive to my needs, didn't make a mess and appears to have done a very professional job. Since they corrected a one-time leak, I won't know for some time if what they did will work. However, I expect that it will.

I had a water problem in the basement of one of my tenants. She is very particular but loved this company, their work ethic, their crew & the results. Below are her words, and as the owner of the property I echo them as well.
I’ll tell you, I would not be afraid to hire this company again. These workers went above and beyond the call of duty. They washed the floor where the watermarks were, they put back the insulation and plastic on the back wall because they saw there has been no leaking since the repairs were done on that wall and it was dry. These employees seem to have a great work ethic
