We were having problems with our heat . Roach Energy sent Brian out to check things out. He did a great job found out that my heating and Air was so old . He said that his office would get me a price in the next 24 to 48 hrs so we could get a new unit up and running. The price was right and the work was great. I felt safe with Brian and Ben doing the work in my house. Now my upstairs and downstairs will stay nice and cozy at the same time

My experience with Roach Energy for over 20 years' of service is nothing but positive. Deliveries are timely and stay ahead of my need.
Recently, I had the pleasure of working with April. I am juggling closing down one residence so I can sell it while establishing service at a new residence. April took care of the required site visit which was… able to take place the same day. She scheduled tank delivery and set-up. The technicians arrived to a stub-out located in an unacceptable location. The technicians went out a second time after it was re-located.
I haven't had anyone coordinate this

I closed my moms account with them 4 years ago when she passed and I told and showed them where they owed her $200.00 dollars (she was on the payment plan) and they said no. I received a letter from them in March saying they owe her $200.00 dollars, now that the estate is closed I am jumping through hoops to get this money. But my thing is 4 years. So, be careful when they bill you or you close an account.
