Services
Raymond Lawruk acquired "Fay Machine" In 1966 & re-named it Lawruk Machine & Tool Co. Inc. They did work for customers within a 30 mile radius. Mostly making parts for the automotive and pultrusion businesses. All the equipment was in bad shape and out dated. In 1985 the present owner started working as Manager and realized they needed updated equipment and also had to spread out to do more types of machining.
Our customers can't accept anything less than perfect. Much is at stake; you depend on your tools and machinery to run as they're intended. It's our job to deliver that reliability and perfection. It's of the defining factors that makes us who we are. At Lawruk Machine we are ISO 2015 certified, and we have been ISO certified since 2010.
We pride ourselves on quality on time parts. Example: Recently a customer had a 10 ft long x 4 12 ft wide injection mold go down. We received the part Friday afternoon and had 4 guys work Friday night and all weekend to get our customers mold back into production. These types of jobs happen monthly in our business and we can't have our customers down any longer than possible.

Although I saw a lot of impressive parts being made for the mining industry, I had my first visit too Lawruk machine to have a half inch plate made, with a 1-1/2NPT tapped hole. The part looks well machined, but the tapping was nowhere close to proper depth spec. (Around four threads short of proper depth) Losing a lot of time and cost having to finish tapping plate myself, (permanently mounted, and cannot be taken back) which is proving incredibly difficult to do. I think they may have work hardened the steel in the process of the original tapping.
Warning to others: Be sure your parts meet spec

Working in the steel industry, I deal with the fine staff of Lawruk Machine quite often. They are a great company to do business with; great employees, and very reliable to deal with. It's good to see there are still good businesses out there today that are great to work alongside! Don't hesitate to contact Mike, Mike, Bella, or anyone else for you machining needs.
