Almost 4 years ago, one of the things I had feared since I had my son when I was young, happened. I received court papers in the mail, I was being taken to court, trying to drastically reduce the time I was going to see my son. Could not advise her client to negotiate and gave bad advice and false hope to her client. $10k dollars later and not a single step closer to a divorce. (we are worse off now) Also made sure to keep clients emotions run high by suggesting things that were not true. She might be a nice person in real life but she is not a good Family law attorney.
