I'm furious with the scheduling of my appointment. I cracked my tooth 2 weeks ago and when I called to get it repaired I was given the option of soonest available appt which wouldn't be long enough to repair my tooth or a later date when the exam and repair could both be done. I chose the later date to be efficient with my time. I rearranged what I already had scheduled that day to accommodate the appointment only to arrive and be told in 10 minutes that they didn't have time to repair my tooth and I'd have to schedule another appointment a week later. Someone had just called and said because I didn't confirm my appointment they were cancelling me. I told her I had got an email and hit C to confirm and it wasn't my problem if they didn't get it. She found that saying ok thank you and hanging up on me was the solution. I called back and noone seemed to care about keeping our business. I wouldn't bother working with people that just don't care

Went here today for the first time after being at a different office down the road. This place is awesome, staff is super nice and helpful and walk through in detail everything happening for those who aren’t dentist experts like me. I came here because i had a negative experience at my other dentist and i will definitely make this my new dental “home”!

They were super great! I have dental anxiety and was nervous switching dentists after moving to Minneapolis from Fargo (I just kept driving back to Fargo every 6 months) but I figured it was time. I told them about the anxiety a month before when I made the appointment and when I sat down they asked me how i was and noted I have the anxiety and asked what parts and if I needed anything to relax me or make me more comfortable. It was a great experience from a dentist and I no longer have to drive 4 hours to Fargo.

I had a pleasant experience (as much as I can have going to the dentist at least!) I was experiencing some pain and they were able to schedule me in right away where I got a crown done in just a couple hours!! I have dental anxiety, but the assistant was very helpful in keeping me calm and the doctor worked quickly and efficiently! Everyone I met there was kind, and professional. The pricing is very reasonable which was my first draw to this office, and I will definitely be going back for my routine cleanings.

I’ve been going to To Twin Cities Dental for over 3 years now. I absolutely love ❤️ them they are very thorough I love my hygienist Jennifer but all of them are very good! My kids see the other hygienist and they all make sure we are keeping are dental hygiene up to par with proper flossing and recommendations for toothbrushes or water flossing whatever they think will help. They give $25 referral too and today I had to pay my deductible. My referrals weren’t on my account but Jennifer verified that I did have two new ones and honored the referral so my deductible was covered!!! Excellent

While I was still making monthly payments for my Invisalign treatment, Dr Fehresti and his staff took decent care of me. As soon as my account was paid off, he had no time for me. He MAY have spent an hour with me over the course of a two and a half year treatment plan. And when it was time to finally remove the attachments from my teeth, he was extremely impatient and was irritated when I repeatedly pointed out spots he had missed. I still have pieces of attachments left on my teeth, but I will find another dentist to remove those. And the retainer? Left in a zip lock bag with the receptionist

I would give no stars if I could. Dr. Fehresti damaged my teeth while removing Invisalign attachments. He completely rushed the procedure and didn't even polish my teeth afterwards. He seemed annoyed that I was even there (he asked me why I couldn't come back the next day - after I spent so much time and money to get to a second location after his staff messed up and scheduled me when he was working at different office) and left right after he was done removing the attachments - he didn't allow me to ask any questions. They will lie and tell you that they are in network when they are not then offer you a discount on your portion of the bill. Do not let them touch you unless you have something in writing from them stating they will accept not one penny more than the contracted rate with your dental insurance company it could cost you!
