I had tags removed today and despite being nervous, I must say I had a wonderful experience. Painless, simple, and fast. I came here for the masseter Botox injections because I desire a slimmer looking face and I'm glad to say I chose the right place. I have had two treatments of Vela Shape with Pat. Pat is so kind and gentle and encouraging, even when I didn’t want to get on the scale!! Needless to say, she was correct in all of her advice and guidance. I lost 1 pound in the first week and slimmed down tremendously. I was trying to hide the treatments from the hubs and surprise him, but he complimented me so I had to give up my secret. He is all for it. I have also recommended my niece and she is going in soon. Pat will make you feel very comfortable while going through the procedure( it’s actually pretty comfortable) and let’s you know

Nothing but amazing things to say!! I have never gotten fillers before and the team at Identity helped me relax and made me even more excited for the procedure than I was before! Penny did my lips both times I have come here and my friends and family had so many good things to say once they healed up. Very attentive and put lots of care into their work; you can tell they love what they do here!! 10/10 recommend!!

I have no complaints what so ever! Their facility was extremely clean and well organized, all staff at the counter were wearing their face masks and hand sanitizer stations were spread through out the facility.
Staff was was extremely knowledgeable with the procedures they have to offer. Patty took great care of me! She made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire procedure. This is the second time I visit Identity and I definitely recommend it. Their work is truly amazing!

I did a few chemical peel and I am seeing great results. The staffs are friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. It’s a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend to schedule your appointment.
