Is barda Yamaha snowmobile from their brand new had problems the 1st day I brought it home the dealer would not backup their product they're product they did not know how to fix the product I had to bring it back 4 times worst experience I've ever had at a dealer do not recommend if there was 0 stars that's what they would get

I am active duty military stationed out of state, and was extremely interested in one of the bikes that the dealership had in stock. I was already pre-approved for funding though my bank, and was willing to put money down as well, but the general manager refused to work with my bank due to their requirements to ensure they are listed as a lien holder. When my bank notified me that the dealership wouldn't work with them, I reached out to the general manager again to see what financing options I have through them since they didn't want to work with mine, and he told me that he doesn't work financing

The worst experience my boyfriend has ever had with any dealership. Brought a sled into have the carbs gone through and resynchronized after a carb kit was installed and still wasn't running correctly. After 3 weeks they finally told me they just didn't want to work on it and that they didn't have enough time. Take all Yamaha products elsewhere.

I have purchased numerous power sports toys from numerous dealers, some very good, others not as much. I can say unequivocally this was the worst buying experience i have had. I put the problems squarely at the salesman AL. After phone calls and emails I thought we were all set, Called on a friday, be there Monday. Take a day off work, Drive 120 miles and meet AL, doesn't know me or what I'm talking about, lied to me , then said he was mistaken. Al wanted me to leave, got the distinct impression that sales were good and he didn't need mine.AL was rude and condescending, never met anyone treat a

This has got to be the worst place to do business Al don’t know if he’s coming or going. I tried to talk to Joe about a sxs I bought there with nothing but troubles all He did was blew me off. It been in the shop 3 times now with not fixing the troubles once 2 weeks and they basically didn’t do a thing so here I sit 8 months later with the same troubles said they had to order more parts that was 3 weeks ago and still no call like I said they just want to sell and get y out the door with no back up at all so I would highly recommend doing business else were

We talked with Al Krause. Super friendly and very helpful. Lots of information. And made this about the easiest purchase we ever made and we had to have it held as we are 4 1/2 hours away. So I made lots of calls and emails and was never made to feel as if I was a pest. Lol thank you for that and our beautiful new ride!
Update. We had an issue with the clutch and they stood behind their warranty and us
