I could not say a single negative thing about WoW. They have one of the best products for windows around, professional throughout the entire lifecycle of the project (sales, estimations, measurements, pre-installation communications, and post-install follow up), and thoughtful doing work during the pandemic. We had every window and a slider on our home replaced, and were nervous given the size of the project but WoW knocked out the work in a single day. Our heating bills have already dropped and we love the new functionality and look! Anyone in the DC area who has been reluctant to do this type

We used WoW to replace dozens of windows on our newly purchased home, as well as four outside doors (three phases in all). At every step along the way, WoW was responsive and informative, from the office staff to the senior consultant (Greg), to the team lead (Young and his amazing crew). The quality of the products are outstanding and all as advertised; we can now enjoy our views, and the difference in heating / cooling costs is dramatic. For each of the three installations, the crew arrived on time, wore masks, installed items expertly and carefully, finished ahead of schedule, and cleaned up

Just got my windows and they are as good as advertised. The quality is great and the installation was done perfectly. The team arrived as scheduled and had 18 windows installed by lunchtime. The rest of the day was spent fabricating and installing aluminum caps on the remaining woodwork for a finished product that looks great. The installation was done before the recent cold snap with temps in the 20's and the house seems warmer and the heater is cycling less often. All in all a very satisfying experience.

Our neighbors recommended Windows on Washington (WOW) because they were very pleased with the job the company did for them. We chose WOW as a result, and we couldn’t be happier. The windows are beautiful, solid, and well sealed against heat/cold. The crew was meticulous and quickly resolved any minor issues that arose. They were polite, friendly, and professional. Cleanup at the end was amazing. The salesman was also great and stayed in touch throughout. We’re very happy with our choice and the end results. We highly recommend WOW.
