Cracked foundations are very common in Texas, especially in Dallas and Houston. Common causes are expansive soils, poorly compacted backfill soils, or poor drainage. If your foundation is settling, you may see cracked brick, cracks in the mortar, or separations at windows and doors. Cracked foundation repair is a home maintenance project that should not be ignored.
One approach to underpinning is extending the depth or breadth of the foundation. The goal is to extend the foundation to rest on more supportive soil or to distribute the load more evenly across a greater area. Other underpinning techniques include micropiles and jet grouting. Grouting involves injecting an expandable resin into the soil to compact and strengthen the soil.
When a basement wall begins to fail, the first sign is typically cracks in the block or cracks in the mortar. Basement wall cracks usually run horizontally along the wall near its mid-height. A basement wall crack is rarely cosmetic; you may have serious foundation problems. Basement walls fail for a variety of reasons.

Ive used security foundation repair for two different houses. On the first house after a couple months the dirt had sunk down in a couple places and they came back out to fill it in. I just recently used them for another house and they were quick and efficient. Make sure that if you use this company and you sell your house or you buy a house that they've worked on that you get the warranty transferred within the 21 day deadline. There is a $500 transfer fee.

Don't use them. They did bad job with my house foundation. I called them to come fix it and no one answering my phone calls or texts. They say they offer life time warranty but it is a lie.

This company has been around for about 25 years, they’re a family owned business, meaning they’re affordable, care about their customers and offer lifetime warranty on most of their services. They’re also very professional on what they do. I totally recommend them! You won’t regret it.

Buyer beware! This company does not stand by its work! Purchased a house that had foundation work completed by this company. They came out to reinspect the foundation after I found major cracks appearing in the walls. They found one section needed lifting. Said they would come back and repair, then stopped responding to calls and texts. They clearly do not honor their lifetime warranty!!

These people are shady – In 2010 they fixed the foundation on my house. They gave me a warranty. In 2014 I put the house up for sale. I lost the warranty and asked for a replacement. Alex promised to get me a copy. He didn't. Then he ignored my texts and emails. I wrote them a letter and enclosed my canceled checks for the service. They didn't respond. I said I would come by to pick up a copy. Alex told me I should call the contractor on the warranty. I told him I didn't have the warranty. He promised to get me a copy. Now we are down to “I already sent it, didn't you get it?” God help me
