Destroyed my phone this morning and within an hour i was able to go get it repaired here. Josh was extremely helpful and after replacing my screen and battery my phone still had an issue, even though this issue was not his fault or problem he still included the battery and screen protector for free since the phone is not 100%. i can at least access my phone to back it up now. I definitely recommend this business with the help of Josh. Fast, well priced and trusted employee. If you're not looking for a hassle go here!

Josh got me right in today and had my iPhone XS Max screen replaced in about 15 minutes. Walked through all the features of the phone to make sure it was working properly and it’s like new. Highly recommended. Sure, you might be able to fix it yourself, but this guy knows what he’s doing and clearly has done a good many of these. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Today i went there to have my battery for my SE 2 changed because it recently started getting drained quickly. he said it would take 30 minutes. when i came back, the battery was in but the home button was broken
(now keep in mind everything besides the battery was fine). he said it would take another 30 minutes to fix the button this time. when i came back, the button still wasn't working but at the end he didn't charge me. i go home with an SE 2 with a new battery and a broken home button. two hours pass by and the phone suddenly turned off while charge was over 90%. i called him and he said

Best place to go for phones ans cases Hands Down. Ive gone there for years now. Used to work in the mall and would go there on my break. They help you with any questions and even puts the cases on for you. I recently bought a phone there and i love it. JOSH helped me set it up and made sure i left happy with the phone i got. Over the past couple years we’ve had to get two iphones fixed and brought them here first based on a recommendation. We’ve never needed to go anywhere else as they brought both destroyed phones back to life! New screens, batteries, flux cables, ect.
Besides just the miracle of getting a working phone back they did so much faster than expected and at a very fair price. Mike was especially helpful in following up with my phone repair. The boys at the store were pleasant and easy to talk to, they work with my flexible schedule to get the job done right the first time and on time. Good prices and Fast reliable service. These guys are the former!
1) Very pleasant interaction. 2) Least expensive iPhone battery replacement price I've ever seen. 3) They were up front "No warranty on
(battery I provided)" before they started. 4) Replaced on the fly, with no warning in under 30 minutes. 5) I had brought them a battery that I had purchased elsewhere thinking to DIY it (Then decided it might be trickier than my recent dishwasher swap). I'd gotten the WRONG battery

Excellent Service!! A hammer literally fell on my phone. The screen was beyond smashed. I suddenly had NO access to over 2K photos and some phone numbers that are important to me. I am sorry to say that I don't remember the names of the two young men who were at the "shop" when I dropped my shattered phone off and when I returned to pick it up, but they were BOTH wonderfully helpful, positive, realistic, and they taught me how to backup my data so I'm never in this position again. AND THEY FIXED THE PHONE!!! Amazing service. Great price.

Great service. After I cracked my iPhone screen, as a fairly tech savvy person, I decided to buy a screen replacement kit through Amazon to do the repair myself. A third of the way through the process, though, I found that one of the teeny tiny screws in my iPhone was stripped. I tried everything I could think of to get through it, but had no luck, and began to worry I might break something in there in the process. Great initial service, when I picked up the service tech said bring it back for ANY reason. Make sure you understand their warranty, it isn't for ANY reason. I had my screen fixed - 9 days later it was cracked again - wasn't dropped once - they said sorry not covered under our warranty. I paid $160 for a screen replacement that they would not honor 10 days later. Will never go back.

My iPhone is only a year and a half old when it started having charger connection problems. I'd have to stand the phone vertically on the charging cable while the cord was bent a certain way, standing on one foot and rubbing my belly at the same time in order for it to charge. I was fully expecting an expensive repair and insurance plan hassle. I stopped at the kiosk for help. While explaining the time and fees involved in replacing the charging port, Tanner examined the phone and quickly realized the issue. He had the charger dock, speakers and microphone all cleaned and working properly

This was such a blessing The young men who run this kiosk in the University Mall are pleasant helpful and work quickly and meticulously. I dropped and shattered my screen just after arriving on vacation in the area. I sent 45 minutes in the mall and have a new screen and a good case to help prevent another breakage! All at a Ann cost compared to the traditional repair replacement phone services.
Thank you to the young gentlemen who took care of me! Their customer service skills are wonderful, they are intelligent and articulate along with helpful!

WOW what service... I thought I had a problem with my screen install when the
auto sleep function didn't work with my apple cover. Cellolaris manager offered
to make it right by giving refund or replacing screen again.
After a week the function started to work fine! It was never a problem, as the
function must take a little time to magnetize the new metal strip behind the screen.
Bottom line is that I found this place has excellent customer service and stands
behind the work they do and the parts they sell. I would go back there next time
in a minute.
