In March of 2020 we opened our doors as Northeast Wisconsin's newest BRP dealer representing the Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo and Can-Am brands along with Honda, Crestliner, Bayliner, Sunchaser and Mercury. We were in the Suamico store yesterday to cancel a purchase of a new snowmobile. We had a change in plans and had to postpone getting it. We were professionally taken care of by Ron and our deposit was cheerfully refunded! The sales team was great to work with, Rod in parts was knowledgeable and helpful as was Nikki (knew her stuff) in the accessory and clothing department. We will definitely return when it's time for new toys!

We live in Florida and snowmobile every winter in WI. My husband had called over 20 Ski-Doo dealers to find me the matte black oxygen helmet and most of them laughed at him because they are on back order until at least March. He called Ken’s and they not only had it in stock but he was able to purchase over the phone and have shipped to WI for us. Nikki was very helpful and we are very great full for their great customer service!

Terrible place to do business.
They sold me a lemon, then refused to stand behind it. Told me to take it up with the manufacturer myself and washed there hands of the problem.
I thought I’d give these guys a try because they’re new in town. Man was that a mistake! Will never buy anything from them again.

Purchased a 2021 Can Am Outlander 1000R XT and was not impressed with the new location. They said they would work with me on price when I placed my order. Machine came in and they wouldn’t move on price, which lost any future business from me. Would’ve never purchased the machine here if I didn’t need it for the summer, but couldn’t get one ordered elsewhere. Tried to pick machine up and the finance manager wasn’t at work, so I had to wait even longer. Took delivery of the machine and the battery was dead and had to be jump started for the first start. I buy a new machine every two years

They took too long to program a key for my jet ski. They did not communicate with me. I had to call them every time to check why they were taking so long. They took a month to finally get it programmed. Not to mention that they didn't take good care of my jet ski. They kept my jet ski outside in the rain, so when I picked it up the sides of the jet ski were full of slimy water and dirt. When I took it to the lake a new issue came on. My jet ski only went up to 30mph. I'm not sure if this issue was caused because the changed the "Dess post" all I know is that the only issue was that I needed a new

This place is great! We stopped unexpectedly on our way back from camping and appreciated the place & service so much we moved up our purchase of an UTV to then & there! Jon Podvin assisted us and was very informative, helpful and kind. We had great experiences with their finance department and their parts department. Pick-up was seamless - they even hooked us up with a new aluminum trailer. We live over 1 hour away but they earned a loyal customer with us! PS We LOVE our new 2021 Honda Talon - super fun :)
