BEWARE!!!!
In order to recruit new employees, magnolia home care services will lie to you about the pay scale. My wife spoke with only 1 representative at this company the whole time, and when she originally signed her onboarding documentation, it stated she would be $16hr.
Fast forward 2 weeks, they schedule her a client for home health care without going over any of the client information regarding if she’d be okay to work with that type of patient. Reluctantly, she agrees to take the client anyways. The Friday before her first week, she gets an email stating she needs to sign some new paperwork

BEWARE
From the beginning Magnolia home care seemed pretty nice. I mostly talk to their office assistant. She sent me over all the documents to sign. On the document stated I was going to get $16 an hour. From there I would talk to one of the nurses I guess that was also a scheduler. Scheduled me for a client but did not tell me any info about the client beforehand. Before that work day they sent me over another set of documents to sign. Which they change the base pay to $10 an hour for a home sit or 15 for a facility sit. I emailed them about it and I called them. Called them to see why a change

Discriminating and not Honest
For being such a holy as thou company (LLC) They should be honest that when they hire someone they send people in for two days of orientation and train them on things they are not hired for. There is no organizational skills what so ever!!! They fly under the Home Instead Franchise and that the reason they are so unorganized is because they are switching hands. The orientation literature is based on God and trusting everything in Gods hands. Very inappropriate and unprofessional. Second day of training and I knew gossip of the office, Paid for my own TB testing in
