Horribly ineffective, waste of money, a toddler could have done a better job presenting my civil case. In two years I've never received an itemized bill for services rendered. Then when I had to file an objection another $2,000 plus the money for the transcript was requested. I paid that money three weeks later the transcript had not yet been requested time was running out to file I retained another attorney and the only money I receive back was the money for the transcript. When I asked for an itemized bill their office told me that the girl who handles that quit and nobody else knows how to get
