Dear Matt, Thanks so much for the prompt and excellent service when our door spring broke. Everything is working well. I had the foolish misfortune of trying to drive my van into my garage with a kayak rack on top. The kayak rack was trashed and the electric garage door was knocked off its track. From start to finish, our experience with Distinctive Doors was great! Matt was very professional in his correspondence and his pricing was very competitive. He offered several options within our budget and didn't try to up-sell us on a door we didn't need or want. The doors arrived on a Wednesday and he came the next day to install them. Matt did a nice job, taking care to clean up after himself and made sure we didn't have any questions or concerns before leaving. We would highly recommend Distinctive Doors of New England and will certainly use them again should we buy another home that needs
