I loved this place and would recommend them to whomever complimented my hanging baskets, in which was often. Today unfortunately, I had the worst experience ever and am shocked with how I was treated. My sister and I took my neices to shop for some memorial flowers for our mom. There was a cart full of flowers by the front that I asked if were available or were they there for restocking. The lady snapped at me and said those are a customers and don't take flowers off carts. Iwas only inquiring because we saw some flowers on the cart and were wondering where to find them. I then replied, nevermind

Customer service isn't dead! I am so pleased with the service I received. Messages and emails were promptly and politely answered. Assistance above and beyond the call of duty on a special order that they placed for me. Detailed instructions on planting and care of my order of Rosa Rugosa. Assistance loading my truck (my back was fubared and I could barely walk!). I can't say enough nice things about you guys! Thank you!!
