Owners, Nick (Niranjan) and Asha Agarwal exported rugs from India for many years before moving to the United States. After moving to Omaha in 1983 they started importing rugs to retailers in and around the Omaha area. In 1989, Nick and Asha opened Oriental Rug Palace (ORP), their own retail showroom.
Importing handmade rugs from India, China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Nepal, quickly made Oriental Rug Palace the go to location in Omaha for beautiful quality rugs. In 1996, they moved their business to the current location, a 14,000 square foot showroom including furniture, art, accessories, lamps, and of course imported handmade rugs.

Our Rug cleaning team has the best knowledge and years of experience to make your rugs look clean, fresh and odor free. We clean all kinds of rugs. Expert hand washing process is done at our site to ensure your rug gets the most through and safe cleaning possible.
