I had written an earlier review about a not so great experience I had with Gary S. Rubin, PA. While I stand by what I said about Gary, I am very pleased to say that the Primera Med Spa management kindly reached out to me after having posted the review. They were quite concerned and took what I had said very seriously, which I appreciatred. Dr. Gross offered to meet with me for a complimentary consultation to discuss my concerns.
